STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIAR
purchased a shocker hitch for $1400
Shocker offers a 60 day money back guarantee but this low life dealer doesn’t have to abide by that rule if the hitch wasn’t purchased from shocker direct. Spoke with shocker and said it’s up to him. The hitch air bag leaked and failed first time I used it. Ryan said shocker sent him an airbag to fix it but he didn’t know who sent it to him. I then called shocker and hunter said he told Ryan he was sending him a bag. Lying piece of garbage. Read all his reviews as this seems to be the case with a lot of people. He could’ve easily accepted the return and sent it back to shocker but then he wouldn’t have made any money. Some people don’t have ethics or morals anymore. He is definitely that person. Every time I spoke to him on the phone he was rude and cocky like he didn’t give a crap. Why. Because he already had my money. Like I said stay far away from this lying fool that can’t keep employees and is only worried about himself and money. Don’t think twice about it. Go somewhere that will appreciate you even when things go wrong. There is plenty of reputable honest shops in this world and he is definitely not one. Too bad I can’t give it zero stars because he is most definitely a big useless lying zero.

This place is super sick. Enormous shop filled with every mans dream cars and shop setup. All staff is super nice and good at what they do. The owners Ryan and his wife are extremely hard workers and always have there best interests in there customers 24/7. Couldn’t have asked to find a better place and will always be my number 1 pick for anything automotive especially for tuning and high performance parts. This place even has there own Dyno and wins tunnel for there precession tunes that they do.

I’m just going to keep this professional as possible (because man who put the bad rating more than likely didn’t get his way, and got mad at the shop) BUT this shop has always came through for us and never had any problems. They’ve always welcomed us. And are fairly priced! PLUS THEY KNOW how to fix and improve every vehicle we’ve taken up there. They are highly skilled and have been in business for years.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP OVER ALL! THEY ARE THE BEST CHOICE AROUND HERE!
