Accounts
When you create a user account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to remove any content we deem to be inappropriate, for any reason, at any time, without warning or notification.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PTO Media, LLC.
PTO Media, LLC. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PTO Media, LLC. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Purchases
Plans are available for purchase for qualifying business owners via a recurring subscription term. The Service utilizes SSL encryption and does not store credit card information on our servers. All payments through the Service are securely processed through Stripe.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your listing will remain active until the end of your current subscription period at which time it will expire and no longer be visible on the Service. You can re-subscribe at any time. You may permanently delete your listing and all of its content or request us to do so via email. Inactive accounts and listings may be removed without notice after 90 days.
Subscription pricing is valid for the length of the term. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of pricing adjustments before they take effect.
Refunds
Refund requests can be made by submitting a Support Ticket from your account Dashboard.
Verification & Qualification
Listing verification may be sought to protect your business by preventing unauthorized management and abuse. We may contact you to verify details upon submission or claim of a listing. If we are unable to reach you or suspect potential abuse, your listing may be temporarily suspended until verification can take place. If verification attempts fail, your listing or claim may be removed and your account may be suspended.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any listing on the Service, for any reason.
Free Trial Period
If your plan includes a free trial (e.g. 30 days), you will include your payment information at the time of submission, but your first payment will not be processed until the trial period has expired, at which time your subscription will renew as your subscription outlines from that point forward. If you cancel your subscription at any point during the trial period, any remaining time left on the trial will be forfeited.
Only one free trial period is allowed per business. Any violation or manipulation of a free trial, such as creating a different account, will result in immediate suspension and a potential ban from the Service.
User-Created Content
We expect users to create content that is professional and accurate. False, misleading, offensive or aggressive content will not be tolerated. This includes all fields for which a user has the ability to edit, including images. As the operator of the Service, we reserve the right to remove any content created by a user, for any reason, without prior notification. In some cases, a user may be suspended or banned from the Service indefinitely without appeal. We are not responsible for the content generated by users. Rights to user-created and uploaded content (text, images, etc.) is transferred to the Service at the time of creation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
